搅拌摩擦焊接过程中搅拌头与焊接区域金属之间力的相互作用是影响焊接质量的重要因素,但是目前对于搅拌头受力振荡特征及其影响规律尚不清晰。因此本项目拟从搅拌头前进阻力信号振荡模态分析和焊接过程控制的角度出发,揭示其周期振荡特征及其对焊接质量的影响规律,并研究不同焊接方式、不同焊接阶段的调控机制。主要内容包括:(1)采用自适应EMD分解方法提取前进阻力特征分量,深入研究不同焊接方式、不同焊接阶段的焊接扭矩、前进阻力规律及其影响因素;(2)以前进阻力为研究重点,研究其振荡周期、振动峰值、衰减次数等特征对焊缝表面成形和微观组织的影响规律,并寻求通过焊接参数调节脉振特性的途径;(3)在上述研究基础上,针对不同焊接方式,建立以前进阻力振荡峰值、振荡次数为输入,以旋转速度、焊接速度为输出的预测控制模型,提出初始、正常、结束焊接阶段脉振调控方法。本项目的实施可为搅拌摩擦焊接过程控制主动调控提供理论和技术基础。
英文摘要:
In the process of friction stir welding, the interaction between the tool and the metal of the weld area is an essential factor for the welding quality. However, it is not clear about the force oscillation characteristics and its influence on welding quality. From the perspective of the vibration modal of the tool mechanical signal and welding process control, this project intends to explore the oscillation rule of tool force and its influence on the welding quality, then putting forward the corresponding control strategy. Specifically speaking, the project: (1) extracts the IMF of forward resistance by the adaptive EMD decomposition method and studies the changes and characteristics of vibration modal of welding torque, forward resistance and axial force in different welding methods and welding stages; (2) focuses on the forward resistance, and investigates the influence of its pulsating frequency, peak,decay times on the formation and microstructure of the weld. At the same time, the influence of the welding parameters on the vibration characteristics will be studied; (3)from the perspective of controlling the pulsating amplitude of the tool forward resistance, aiming at different welding methods, establishes a predictive control model based on the input of peak of the oscillation and decay times, the output of rotational speed and welding speed, and suggests the control strategy of pulsating in the initial, normal and end of the welding. This project can provide theoretical and technical basis for the active control of the welding tool force.
